Asking for help is hard. Whether you need urgent support for yourself or someone you care about, help is available.

Mobile and telephone crisis response services are available throughout Minnesota. Services are accessible 24 hours a day and provided by mental health professionals specializing in Crisis Response. Services are available to adults, children, and families with a goal to provide immediate access to a mental health provider.
