Individual Sessions

Individual psychotherapy sessions may include one to one, couples, or family sessions. Psychotherapy session length is typically scheduled for 45 minutes. Extended sessions of 60 or 90 minutes may also be discussed and arranged.

• 45 minute session $150
• 60 minute session $175
• 90 minute session $225

Assessment Sessions

Diagnostic Assessments are completed as part of the intake process to begin individual services and can also occur as a stand-alone service. Diagnostic Assessments include a detailed history, analysis of current functioning, diagnosis (if applicable), and recommendations for services. Tw0 45 minute sessions are recommended to complete the Diagnostic Assessment, including a review of recommendations for services. Diagnostic Assessments are generally completed every two years for adults and annually for adolescents.

Group Sessions

Group sessions are formatted as both closed and open groups. Open group sessions allow new participants to join any time. Closed group sessions are generally structured over a specific time frame or a set number of sessions in which all participants begin the group at the same time. In this format, there is significant carry over from one group session to the next making it difficult for new participants to jump in. Group session content, format, and offerings vary which also reflect a varied cost. Please check events page for current offerings and details.
