Leverage the power your organization has on the health of your employees with EAP
Modern Minds makes it easy for your organization to support improving the quality of life both in and out of the office for your employees. Virtual, onsite, or in office (Delano) options provide employees with local and personalized care.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an employer-sponsored benefit program that offers free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to employees who have personal and/or work-related problems.
These services are targeted to reduce the effects of issues that often interfere with employees’ job attendance, performance, or satisfaction, but can frequently be corrected or substantially improved through a well-designed and well-administered Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Common employee stressors that can be supported through EAP include:
- Emotional disorders
- Relationship stressors (marital or family discord)
- Major life changes (divorce, death, individual or family medical health)
- Substance use
- Sleep disturbances
According to a Gallup survey, approximately 42% of employees are more likely to stay at a company if they have access to mental health support through their employer.
“After reaching record highs early in the pandemic, the percentage of U.S. workers who believe their organization cares about their overall wellbeing has plunged to pre-COVID levels and is characterized by drops across all job types.
Today, just 24% of workers strongly agree that their organization cares about their wellbeing — which should be of great concern to leaders given that these employees are 69% less likely than all other workers to search for a new job, 71% less likely to report experiencing burnout and five times more likely to serve as an advocate for their organization.” Witters (2022)
Evidence-Based Mental Healthcare with a Human Touch
Modern Minds Therapy provides a range of EAP services from comprehensive in-house (onsite) services to supplementing existing health plan coverage to organization wide wellbeing education or training events for as low as $18/yr per employee. Services are available virtually, in person (Delano, MN), or onsite (as scheduled).
Utilizing in person organization support can help to reduce stigma and increase employer culture around normalizing mental health while keeping individual services confidential. In person organization support can include organization needs assessment, management training and consultation to support mental wellbeing, critical incident debriefing, and lunch and learn topics. Let Modern Minds be your mental wellbeing team member to your organization.
